Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, announced it will suspend trading with certain crypto asset service providers and platforms.

The decision was reportedly made following recent regulatory developments. In this context, the regulatory event behind this development is cited as the EU’s 21st sanctions package, adopted on July 23, 2026.

According to this announcement, Binance has stated that it will not process transactions with certain crypto asset service providers due to recent regulatory developments.

Binance announced today that trading related to Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto, Tradex, Monease, BitPapa, Exnode, HTX (Huobi Global SA), and EXMO Ltd will be restricted starting August 23, 2026.

However, restrictions started earlier for some platforms. Shelbit and Aban Tether Exchange were restricted on August 7th, while A7 Nigeria, A7 Africa, and PilotFinance Ltd were restricted on August 13th.

“…Binance will no longer process transactions with some of the crypto asset service providers/platforms listed below.”

“After the specified dates, please do not conduct any transactions, receive funds from, or otherwise engage in any activities directly or indirectly with these entities through Binance.”

Binance warned users that transactions attempted with these platforms after the specified dates may be subject to compliance review. The associated cryptocurrency wallets may also be subject to additional restrictions.

“…All transactions attempted after these dates may be suspended and subject to compliance review. Restrictions may be applied to affected wallet(s) while the review is ongoing, and such activity may also be considered a violation of Binance’s Terms of Use.”
