The integration makes Kalshi the first prediction market available through Edge and the second venue on the platform after Solana. It is also the first time Kalshi market data has been distributed through a multicast network.

The initial rollout covers Kalshi’s sports event contracts and crypto perpetual futures markets. Subscribers can access Level 1 feeds containing top of book prices and trades, as well as Level 2 feeds providing the complete order book across every price level.

DoubleZero Edge uses multicast technology to publish data once and distribute it simultaneously to connected subscribers over dedicated fiber. Similar multicast infrastructure has long been used by major traditional exchanges including the NYSE, Nasdaq, and CME.

Previously, traders accessing Kalshi programmatically generally relied on its public API and WebSocket feeds. Running latency sensitive strategies at scale could require traders to maintain their own order book state, normalize Kalshi’s Yes and No quotes, and manage stream and request limits.

The Edge feed instead provides a normalized view of the order book with no per stream cap or per request budget. DoubleZero said the feed is sourced directly from Kalshi and transported over its fiber network rather than through a public internet CDN path.

DoubleZero Edge only delivers market data and does not provide order execution.

Kalshi is also waiving its share of subscription revenue during the first year of the integration. Subscribers will still pay for network delivery, while pricing for the service is available upon request.

Kalshi currently operates prediction markets covering areas including economics, politics, sports, and crypto, while also offering crypto perpetual futures in the US.
