Bloomberg senior ETF analyst James Seyffart made statements that created great expectations in the cryptocurrency market.
Stating that multiple institutions are preparing for the $XRP ETF launch following Canary Capital’s Ripple spot ETF move, Seyffart said that a busy calendar that can be referred to as “$XRP ETF week” is on the horizon in the market.
According to Seyffart, Bitwise is preparing to launch its $XRP spot ETF tomorrow. The analyst noted that the fund's prospectus has been activated on Bloomberg Terminal, and that the fund will use a highly prestigious “elite ticker” like $XRP.
The analyst's base case is for Grayscale's Spot $XRP ETF to begin trading on Monday, November 24. The company's long-rumored Dogecoin ETF is also expected to launch on the same day.
Seyffart also stated that Franklin Templeton's Spot $XRP ETF could launch on Monday, November 24. This could mean that two major institutions launch Ripple ETFs on a single day.
