Ethereum Co-Founder Vitalik Buterin Praises Polygon’s ZK Performance

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik BUTERIN, who has influenced the asset’s price with his posts and statements in the cryptocurrency market, recently praised an altcoin called Polygon. Replying to a post from an account on the X network, Buterin praised Polygon’s ZK performance.

Daniel LUBAROV, the developer of Ethereum layer 2 scaling solution Polygon Zero, was the first to share that the performance of the zero-knowledge proof system Plonky3 has achieved a major breakthrough and can process over 2 million hashes per second. Polygon Plonky3 was an open-source system that allowed zero-knowledge (ZK) developers to create their own virtual machines based on ZK cryptography.

Vitalik Buterin, who cited the post, praised Polygon’s ZK performance and processing speed, saying that it is sufficient. Polygon co-founder Sandeep NAILWAL, who did not let Buterin’s praise go unanswered, thanked Buterin for his positive comments and said they would continue to work.
