The Number Of Transactions In The TRON Blockchain Exceeded 4 Bln Amid Rumors That Justin Sun Is Buying Huobi

According to TRONSCAN data on October 10, the total number of transactions on the TRON blockchain exceeded 4 bln, adding 4,812,800 transactions in the last 24 hours. The total value locked (TVL) in TRON exceeded $12.5 bln, and the number of accounts created on the network reached 115 mln.

Justin SUN, the founder of TRON, is reportedly a real buyer of the Huobi crypto exchange. On October 8, Huobi announced that its controlling shareholder company had transferred all of the HuobiGlobal shares held by the About Capital Management fund, but several sources told WuBlockchain that the fund's main investor was actually Justin Sun. Although Sun denies involvement, he announced on his official Twitter account that he has been appointed as a member of the Huobi Global Advisory Council, as confirmed by the crypto exchange itself.

After the acquisition rumors began to spread, the TRON $TRX token price strengthened and is currently at $0.06435, up 3.39% on the day and 5.16% on the previous seven days. $TRX currently has a market capitalization of $5,947,214,346, making it the 15th largest token by this metric, according to CoinMarketCap.
