Vitalik Buterin: why not give Ethereum blockchain for rent and thus decrease overloads?
The creator of the second most capitalized cryptocurrency Ethereum has analyzed the loads on the blockchain of his invention and published a new proposal: fee those who use the structure as a data storage.
Other notable developers of the same blockchain have already expressed support to the initiative, increasing the likelihood of its actual implementation in the future. The fact that the use of Ethereum is not charged with any sums and everyone can cause network overloads, for example, is not good for Raul Jordan, one of ETH coders.
0/ No one likes talking about rent, but we need to have this conversation. The fact that time-value of storage is not accounted for in the current Ethereum protocol is a massive problem we need to address.

A very famous example of how the network of this world’s second popular digital currency can be easily loaded by third parties is, of course, CryptoKitties - a game about cats designed to illustrate the work of the blockchain but in the end overloading it due to the high popularity.
Vitalik Buterin sometimes outlines new possibilities for Ethereum he deems useful. For example, he once proposed to set a time limit of use of Ethereum-based tokens. His reasoning and explanations about this measure can be read in a separate report by Bitnewstoday.
