VeChain, Adidas, SBTG, And HBO Collaborate On ‘Game Of Thrones’ Promotion

VeChain's NFC chips will be used in the collaboration of HBO and the famous Singaporean sneaker designer SBTG, which was announced on April 11th. Four pairs of customized Adidas sneakers, designed in style of the “Game of Thrones” series, will be displayed from April 17 to 30 in one of the Marina Bay Sands stores. All four pairs will be given away via competition among the fans.

The eighth season of the popular television show starts soon, and VeChain’s participation in this collaboration is to attract more attention to the brand. As stated in the news published on Click The City website, each pair of GAME OF THRONES x SBTG sneakers is embedded with NFC chips, which allows the verification of the authenticity of each pair through the VeChainThor blockchain.

NFC-chips also contain exclusive videos about the sneakers, which can be played and viewed by any user using the mobile application of VeChain. Thus, the project plans to attract more attention to its innovative technologies.
