TikTok, one of the fastest-growing social media platforms in the world has announced that they will be working with Shanghai Dongfang Newspaper Co. to develop a new blockchain-based AI platform in order to maximize the utility of their application.

TikTok, which has always been a controversial topic all over the world, with the internet being divided between loving it or hating it, managed to grow to extensive heights virtually overnight. The platform already has nearly a billion users and has gained quite a lot in terms of its valuation. In fact, the platform grew so much that social media experts had to study this phenomenon more carefully.

Many believe that the platform could replace Instagram as the go-to social media and influencer marketing platform. This is especially the case with the Playamo casino affiliates program considering how essential it is to have a positive aura created by an influencer. And what’s a better place than a comedy-based platform. The new blockchain system could make that a possibility, considering its AI capabilities of rating, ranking and customizing user-generated content accordingly.

However, it’s not yet known what exactly the new project will target. But considering that TikTok is mostly reliant on advertisements to generate income, it’s likely that the blockchain platform will prioritize data collection and customization in order to offer to partner companies.
