Instimatch Global Tests R3 Platform Using XRP

The partnership was established by the R3 consortium, which develops distributed ledger technologies for corporate solutions, and Instimatch Global, a company that allows institutional borrowers and lenders to establish trade through their own digital network.

The Instimatch collaboration with R3 includes the testing of the Corda Settler platform for high-speed payments required for intraday trading. Instimatch will test the Corda Settler platform and its ability to conduct large transactions in XRP as part of a pilot project with 50 banks onboard.

Corda Settler is an open source decentralized application (dApp) that runs on the Corda blockchain and is designed to transact crypto and traditional assets via distributed ledger technologies. Instimatch can couple the latest settlement API (R3 Settler / XRP) to offer the high-speed payments necessary for intraday trading.

The Instimatch solution for interbank trading in intraday markets is already placed on the R3 Marketplace website.
