GLORY Kickboxing Promotion Company Integrates Litecoin

27 February 2019 06:45, UTC

GLORY, the international kickboxing promotion company, formerly known as the Glory World Series, now accepts Litecoin as a means of payment. Today, the company announced that it partnered with the Litecoin Foundation. Due to the partnership, “digital silver” is to become the official cryptocurrency of the world’s combat league.

This is the first professional sports league that has integrated Litecoin. As part of the partnership, cryptocurrency will be accepted as a payment on the GLORYshop.com online platform.

“GLORY has a growing worldwide fan base that consists in large part of a younger demographic who are early adopters of technology and conduct much of their lives online – from consuming content to purchasing products. As GLORY continues to grow, tapping into their global audience and educating them about Litecoin through real world use cases can be powerful,”

— said Charlie LEE, the creator of Litecoin and managing director of the Litecoin Foundation.

In the upcoming future, GLORY fans in the United States and Europe will be able to get access to exclusive offers, including meetings with athletes, backstage tours of the arena, limited-edition products, and premium tickets, to be purchased for litecoins. A great benefit for Litecoin is advertising at the events and broadcasts, which are organized by GLORY.
