According to SNG.TODAY, the Kyrgyzstan government, jointly with the State Investment and Export Development Agency of the Ministry of Economy, have supported the idea of Kyrgyzstan Trade House JSC to build a new datacenter in the republic in order to process blockchain-based data.

The project is valued at $40 mln and it is believed that private investors will cover the main part of expenses. The government is ready to ensure safety and electric power supply of this facility and also to remove gaps in the legislation in order to properly regulate the datacenter activity.
