Waves CEO clarifies situation with UK Companies House

30 May 2018 21:00, UTC

The CEO of Waves, a project of ICO platform with its own eponymous tokens, has responded to requests of the press and cryptocurrency enthusiasts to clarify the situation regarding the legal status of his company in the United Kingdom.

As stated in his own Telegram channel, the company has moved to Switzerland. The reader should open the site in Microsoft Edge in case any visible difficulties arise.

The goal of the company is stated to stay lean, but there is another question that requires clarification: why wait before the traders of your asset start to panic? The prior announcement about the relocation would have prevented or at least curtailed the visible price decline seen since 17 May 2018 when the official Companies House notice was sent:

Due to the outcome of the story, the price of Waves may grow back, as now it is becoming apparent that the notice sent by the United Kingdom government is indeed no threat to the project viability.
