A new leviathan mining motherboard has been announced by ASUS. According to the reports, it will be able to support twenty video chips at once. This motherboard can be called a basic foundation of a small mining farm.

One can assume that the price for this high-end key mining component would be high. At the press time, it has not been specified. Unlike the old model called B250 Mining Expert which has been described by Bitnewstoday in detail, H370 Mining Master will have USB ports and diagnostic features. The company seems to have analyzed the typical ports miners use and installed the most convenient, one can read the official corporate announcement for further technical details.

Motherboards, however, do not conduct mining - they simply act as a main circuit between the computer components and in this case, allow GPUs to operate simultaneously. While it is not mentioned in the statement linked above, Mining Master could help AI researchers who also use GPUs for complex calculations. In a notable occasion, the Russian Sberbank had to justify the large purchase of at least several hundreds of video chips - the media initially assumed they were for mining. The representatives insisted the purchase was made for their internal AI research facility.
