Michael Spencer, NEX Group: $20,000 might be Bitcoin’s last reachable maximum in the near future

06 December 2017 21:00, UTC

The leader of the NEX Group believes that Bitcoin, which is showing growth rapid like never before, might reach 20,000 dollars per coin easily, but after this value, there will be a huge and long way down.

“It could hit $20,000 pretty damn quickly”, Mr. Michael Spencer assures, and this, of course, is not going to be pretty for those investors who jumped in the hype train during the maximum values. Some other experts also still assure the public Bitcoin is a bubble, but this economist tells that nobody knows if this bubble going to double before it halves.

While one might not agree with $20,000 being the local maximum, some market members may easily think “this is the maximum” and sell big amounts of bitcoins once Bitcoin gets to $20,000, and this can result in correction and bearish trends. However, we also should not ignore the fact that previously, some considered 10,000 and even 8,000 to be maximum points, but again and again, Satoshi’s creation proved them wrong.

At the press time, Bitcoin is $15,585.50 per coin, and the rapid growth we have seen in the morning (UTC +3:00) seems to have slowed down. However, no correction still visible.
