McDonald's Launches New Collection of Non-Fungible Tokens As Part of McRib's 40th Anniversary

McDonald's launches the second NFT collection in honor of the McRib sandwich. According to the announcement, this digital artwork from McDonald's is being released in support of National Sandwich Day, which is celebrated on November 3. NFT is available from November 1st and is part of the NFT collection that the company launched a few months ago and contains 138 unique images.

According to local media reports, each NFT will cost approximately $20 excluding exclusives, which can be more expensive. McDonald's will donate ten unique NFTs to lottery winners. To participate, you need to follow McDonald's on Twitter and retweet its lottery invitation. The winners of the lottery can keep or sell their McRib NFTs in the future at any price they want.

Participants must be from the United States, over 18 years of age and have a crypto wallet. McDonald's will notify the ten winners who receive McRib NFTs via a personal message in social media. The participant must reply to the message within 48 hours. Otherwise, the NFT will be transferred to another lottery participant. Along with McDonald’s, NFT launched major companies such as Food&Wine, Taco Bell, and Pringles during the year.
