Ledger hardware wallets to support Monero soon
The cryptocurrency or altcoin called Monero will be available to store on hardware wallets produced by Ledger. This information has already been verified by Monero team members, the lead developer has even provided a picture of the working Ledger wallet with Monero stored. As evidenced by the tweet, the option is only available for those who have a developer kit, but this is temporary.

Monero’s team has demonstrated that even under verbal pressure from the powerful European regulators the business can develop, as long as the market is interested in the primary product the enterprise offers. Anyway, Monero’s price has not jumped amidst this news as one might expect: quite probably, investors are more thrilled with the latest news on the segregation of this community.
Monero aside, Ledger is already supporting the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash (with which it recently had problems but they are already fixed), Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Litecoin, Dash and even the satiric Dogecoin. One can clearly see that it was only a matter of time before the enterprise adds Monero to the list.
