Elon Musk Urges Dogecoin Holders To Abandon Centralized Exchanges

After a brief spat with Binance CEO Changpeng ZHAO, Tesla CEO Elon MUSK set his sights on crypto exchanges. In a recent tweet, the millionaire advocated withdrawing money from centralized trading platforms so that Dogecoin holders control their own private keys.

This is not the first time Musk has supported the "not your keys, not your cryptocurrency" statement. In February, he tweeted that any cryptocurrency wallet that prevents users from controlling their funds should be "avoided at all cost."

Musk also posted a Chuck Norris meme about Mt. Gox, a now defunct cryptocurrency exchange that lost 850,000 BTC in a devastating hack in 2014. Last month, Musk gave another wise piece of advice to cryptocurrency holders, urging them not to invest all their funds in cryptocurrencies at the peak of the Shiba Inu mania.
