Dragonfly Capital Has Launched A New Project Investment Fund

Venture crypto company Dragonfly Capital has launched a new fund worth $225 mln to invest in various projects. Dragonfly Fund II mainly invests in four areas: decentralized finance protocols (DeFi), non-fungible token (NFT) projects, Ethereum Layer 2 solutions and enterprises built on top of them, centralized financial (CeFi) infrastructure.

Sequoia China supported the fund as a strategic limited partner. The fund's partners are also OKEx, Huobi, Bitmain and Bybit. Dragonfly was founded in 2018 and raised $100 mln for its first fund. To date, the company has invested in over 35 projects, including dYdX, Compound, Maker, StarkWare.

Dragonfly operates from Beijing and San Francisco. Currently looking for employees in Singapore. The company has five vacancies, including a COO who will be hired in Singapore or the United States.
