Coca-Cola Machines Accept Bitcoin in Australia and New Zealand

In Australia and New Zealand, Coca-Cola machines began to accept Bitcoin for payment. This is possible thanks to a collaboration between an Australian payment service provider Centrapay and Coca-Cola Amatil.
Coca-Cola Amatil is the largest beverage producer and distributor in the Asia-Pacific region. Digital gold is now accepted in 2000 machines. However, holding bitcoins is not enough to use the new payment option. Buyers should use Sylo Smart Wallet, a product from Centrapay — payment with bitcoins will be read using a QR-Code.
It is worth noting that payment by QR-Code has the additional advantage — it reduces physical contact and solves hygiene problems during the COVID-19 pandemic.
