The feasibility of corporations’ operations optimization via blockchain will be studied by the working group set up in Russia, as reported by the Forklog.com portal that quotes the head of this group, Sergey Voropayev, the Internet technologies development expert from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The optimization of current processes via blockchain implementation in governmental and non-governmental organizations will, according to Voropayev, give them additional revenue that will be approximately 8 trillion roubles.

It is considered to use blockchain in Supply Chain, Cross Board Payments, Smart Contract, Finance, and every company will be able to present its blockchain methods and solutions to corporations.

The working group was created after the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin decided that the digital economy must be implemented in the country and voiced this opinion at the session of the RF Government. The expected members of the working group are the developers of blockchain technologies, as well as the representatives of large corporations.
