BitPay, the world's largest cryptocurrency payment service provider, has announced a permanent work-from-home policy. The company recently conducted an internal survey to collect employees' feedback on working from home. The results showed that 85% of employees prefer to work from home and find it more productive.

BitPay has over 80 employees in three major offices including Atlanta, Amsterdam and Buenos Aires. All Argentine office employees completed a survey and said that working from home helps maintain a balance between family and work, as well as provides a competitive advantage in hiring and retaining employees.

Initially, the move to a virtual office from home was driven by a pandemic to keep employees safe. BitPay's business went smoothly, thanks to technology and video conferencing, employees were engaged, and customers were happy. Since March, BitPay has successfully registered hundreds of new customers including Take-two Interactive, Beliani, and Prager Metis, forged partnerships with exchanges like Binance, introduced product updates, and launched the BitPay card.
