75% of US Respondents Expressed Interest in Bitcoin Life Insurance and Annuity Products

The New York Digital Investment Group (NYDIG) recently released a new survey that shows that 46 mln Americans have invested in bitcoin, which is nearly 17% of the US adult population. The survey includes a national sample of 1,050 US crypto investors with an annual income of at least $50,000.

The survey results showed that a large number of respondents are quite interested in having bitcoin as part of their personal financial plans, including insurance. 75% of respondents said they would like to know more about bitcoin life insurance and bitcoin annuities.

The respondents were also asked how they would react if their insurance company invested less than 2% of their funds in bitcoins. About 40% said it was "acceptable," another 42% said "okay," and 15% said they didn't like the idea.
