Renault Enters Metaverse Through The Sandbox

The Korean subsidiary of Renault has signed a partnership agreement with The Sandbox, an Ethereum-based metaverse platform. Renault Korea's goal is to cement its brand's presence in the metaverse and provide customers with virtual Renault automotive experiences.

The organization's Korean subsidiary intends to establish the brand's presence in the space through a series of automotive-related events to introduce virtual customers to the company's products.

This automotive experience is intended to enrich The Sandbox platform and allow Renault to reach a wider audience, expanding its potential customer base. The extent of the partnership and the nature of the experience it will bring has yet to be announced.
