Former Pentagon Chief Calls CLARITY Act a National Security Bill Ahead of Sept. 15 Senate Vote

Former U.S. Defense Secretary Mark Esper has told Congress that the CLARITY Act is not just a financial services bill. It is, in his words, “a national security bill.”
