Gary Wang Avoids Prison After Cooperating in FTX Fraud Case

U.S. District Court Judge Lewis Kaplan sentenced Wang to time served, three years of probation, and the forfeiture of all illicitly gained assets in a New York courtroom on Nov. 20.
