Janus Henderson, a global asset management firm, and Centrifuge, a platform for tokenizing real-world assets, have launched JQQQ, a blockchain-based investment fund tracking the Nasdaq-100 Index. The fund is designed to operate directly on public blockchain infrastructure and provides exposure to the index through an issuer-sponsored investment strategy.

Managed by Janus Henderson, which oversees approximately $500 billion in assets, the fund uses Centrifuge’s infrastructure for on-chain investment products. The index is licensed by Nasdaq. JQQQ was designed to operate natively onchain. This allows the fund to connect with digital financial applications and potentially be used as collateral in lending and other financial services.

The fund will be available exclusively on the Stellar network. In 2026, the value of real-world assets on Stellar exceeded $4 billion. Its ecosystem includes tokenized U.S. Treasuries, government debt, money market funds, and other financial instruments.
