In the notification made to the SEC, Silbert and Murphy stated that they resigned from their board memberships, effective January 1, 2024.
Effective January 1, 2024, Mark Shifke will replace Barry Silbert as chairman of Grayscale's board of directors. It was also stated that Mark Shifke appointed Matthew Kummell and Edward McGee to the board of directors.
