The money of a crypto broker named Voyager Digital is about to be returned to its creditors. A committee of Voyager creditors reported that refunds could begin within a few weeks. Binance.US has declined to buy Voyager's assets, causing Voyager's Self Option Conversion Plan to be invoked. As per the plan, the bankrupt Voyager can pay back the money directly to its customers in the form of cash and crypto. Voyager Creditor Society, dissatisfied with the decision of Binance.US, has decided to investigate the claim against it. Voyager will now have to file a liquidation process in the US Court for the Southern District of New York.
