World Liberty Financial ($WLFI), a DeFi project co-founded by US President Donald Trump and his three sons, has once again made headlines with its latest move.
Accordingly, World Liberty Financial sold Bitcoin (BTC) to buy more Ethereum ($ETH).
The $WLFI team is reducing its Bitcoin investment and converting its assets to Ethereum.
According to Lookonchain, World Liberty Financial recently sold 93.77 Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) and bought approximately 2,868 $ETH.
The team sold 93.77 WBTC, worth approximately $8.07 million, and bought $ETH at an average price of $2,813.
This move by the $WLFI team is being interpreted as a clear asset rotation from Bitcoin to Ethereum.
This isn’t the first time the $WLFI team has switched from Bitcoin to Ethereum. In early January, they also exchanged $1.3 million worth of WBTC for Ethereum.
$WLFI is still trading at $0.167 at the time of writing.
