Ethereum (ETH) co-founder Vitalik Buterin made important statements regarding the network. Drawing attention to a significant problem with the ETH network from his X account, Vitalik Buterin argued that the network needs to become much more understandable in order to fully maintain its secure structure.
Buterin stated that the current protocol complexity poses an obstacle to Ethereum being understood by a wider audience.
At this point, Buterin emphasized that he needed to improve in this area by simplifying the Ethereum protocol to make it more understandable.
According to Buterin, by simplifying the blockchain, more people can understand how Ethereum works, reducing reliance on a small group of experts and truly increasing decentralization.
According to Buterin, the more people who understand Ethereum, the more confidence they will have in the system that the network is working correctly. This is vital for the healthy functioning of decentralization.
“One of the most important and often overlooked ways to build a trust-free structure is to increase the number of people who understand the entire protocol from top to bottom. Ethereum needs to improve in this area by simplifying its protocol.”
In another post, Buterin also praised Wonderland for its significant contributions to the Ethereum ecosystem.
Buterin highlighted the team’s support in areas such as cross-chain interoperability and the Kohaku project, stating that they assist both the Ethereum Foundation and various Ethereum initiatives.
Buterin said, “Wonderland is a fantastic team and has been very helpful to the Ethereum ecosystem, especially EF’s interoperability and Kohaku work and many Ethereum projects.”
