Standard Chartered has started coverage of Arbitrum and expects its $ARB token to reach $10 by the end of 2030, compared with about $0.14 at the time of reporting. The bank views Arbitrum as an important layer 2 infrastructure provider for traditional finance and expects rising on-chain activity to support both its revenue and valuation.

Arbitrum is one of Ethereum’s two leading layer 2 networks, alongside Base, but is differentiated by having its own token. The network is increasingly focused on helping traditional financial firms move on-chain and providing the technology for those firms to launch their own layer 2 networks.

Robinhood Chain is the main example highlighted by Standard Chartered. Under the model, Arbitrum takes 10% of the net protocol revenue generated through the service. After Robinhood Chain launched in early July 2026, the bank estimates Arbitrum’s total revenue could reach about $5 million in September, more than five times its pre-launch run rate.

Standard Chartered expects tokenized assets to reach $4 trillion by the end of 2028, which it believes could drive higher Arbitrum revenue and push its market-cap-to-fees multiple closer to layer 1 levels.

Its $ARB price targets are $0.50 for 2026, $1.50 for 2027, $3.50 for 2028, $6.50 for 2029 and $10 for 2030. The 2030 target represents about 70 times the current price and would outperform the bank’s ETH and BTC forecasts over the same horizon.
