DigiFT, a regulated digital asset exchange focused on institutional RWAs, has partnered with Hines, a global real estate investment manager, to support the on-chain tokenization and distribution of an indirect investment in a Hines-managed real estate portfolio.
The offering provides tokenized access to a fund investing in a global real estate portfolio valued at more than $6 billion. It is available only to Accredited, Professional, and Institutional Investors and is distributed through regulated digital infrastructure without changes to the underlying fund structure or regulatory framework.
DigiFT’s regulated infrastructure allows digital issuance and ownership tracking alongside existing fund arrangements, while Hines contributes long-standing investment and operating expertise. The collaboration represents one of the early examples of on-chain distribution for indirect investments in institutional-quality private real estate.
