The LayerZero protocol team has entered into a partnership with the Conflux Network platform. As part of the cooperation, it is planned to release a blockchain-based SIM card. It is expected that owners of such a SIM card will be able to transfer assets and messages between different chains using LayerZero. According to the developers, Conflux is the only public blockchain in China that meets regulatory requirements.

Conflux, along with China Telecom, have jointly developed the Blockchain SIM Card (BSIM), previously announced and scheduled for pilot launch in the technology hub of Hong Kong. Promising to protect users' private keys on mobile devices, BSIM is not just a technological advancement. This is a step towards rethinking mobile user security and asset management.

LayerZero and Conflux lit up the technology landscape by announcing their joint venture focused on BSIM technology. The participation of LayerZero, known for its cross-chain messaging protocol that effectively minimizes the number of intermediaries required to transfer assets or data between chains, enhances BSIM's capabilities.
