• The business intelligence firm spent approximately $10 million in cash to purchase the 480 BTC.
• MicroStrategy bought the 480 BTC at an average price of $20,817, inclusive of fees and expenses.
• As of June 28, MicroStrategy and its subsidiaries held approximately $129,999, acquired at an average price of $34,664, inclusive of fees and expenses.
