Metaplanet Stock Jumps 15% On Fresh 1,004 BTC Purchase

Metaplanet, Japan’s MicroStrategy, announced another fresh purchase of 1,004 BTC for an investment value of $104 million. The company’s stock price, listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange, shot up by 15% to 712 JPY, extending its monthly gains to more than 100%. Furthermore, the stock rally came as the company announced a record Q1 revenue of 877 million Japanese yen ($6 million).
