This latest acquisition brings the company’s total holdings to 3,467 $BTC, acquired at an average price of $88,263 per coin, inclusive of fees and expenses.
As of April 29, the $BTC held by the company was valued at approximately $330.6 million, with the capital for the recent purchase raised through the firm’s at-the-market (ATM) equity offering. Semler Chairman, Eric Semler, shared his excitement on X about the latest acquisition.
