  • Despite BTC performance in 2021, Brock Pierce and Tom Lee believe Bitcoin will hit  $200000 in 2022.
  • Thomas Lee, Co-Founder and Head of Research at independent research firm Fundstrat Global Advisors, explained why he is optimistic about Bitcoin’s long-term prospects.
  • Michael Saylor, the CEO of Microstrategy, is also hopeful about Bitcoin’s future, believing that it will eventually replace gold as it approaches a $6 million valuation.

On December 24, trading education business Market Rebellion hosted a roundtable session with Tom Lee as a special guest to make market predictions for 2022.

Bitcoin has matured as an asset in 2021, including many activities’ usefulness and resistance to negative pressure – factors that might all contribute to its rise to dominance.

Crypto’s performance has been disappointing

Apart from Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies have performed well, at least in the first half of 2021. Meme currency Shiba Inu, for example, has returned 1000x of its investment in a single year, making it one of the most rewarding crypto years for certain investors. Other cryptocurrencies, such as Solana, LUNA, and others, have joined the top 10 this year as a consequence of big rises.

Lee, on the other hand, is unhappy with the result since the market failed to provide the massive bounce that bulls were hoping for, at the close of the year. This is typically the case, as evidenced by the 2013 and 2017 bull runs, both of which saw Bitcoin reach new all-time highs.

As a result, the crypto world is wondering if the crypto rise has come to an end.

This is an important topic since altcoin investors were anticipating a massive end-of-year rally for Bitcoin, which is normally followed by an alt season. Lee believes the Bitcoin rally can happen in 2022.

Van Eck, and ProShares, American Bitcoin ETFs are doubling down on their recent figures for 2022

During the debate, he stated, “Bitcoin may be in the $200,000 region. He believes it is possible, and while it may sound outlandish, it’s incredibly beneficial.” Lee had maintained his 2021BTC price forecast headtopics.com of $100,000 as late as October, following the introduction of ProShares’ first Bitcoin ETF in the United States. He also projected that Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) will attract at least $50 billion in the following 12 months.

Van Eck, and ProShares, American Bitcoin ETFs presently have around $1.5 billion in assets. They are essentially doubling down on their recent figures for 2022.

Despite the fact that Bitcoin’s all-time high of $69,000 was established on November 10. BTC is presently trading at $46,270.BTC is expected to be worth $200,000, according to Tom Lee.
