Bitcoin and the whole crypto market are undergoing another correction, and at the moment of writing this article, BTC is trading in the red, and the king coin is priced at $47,652.

Despite multiple price corrections, there are still a lot of optimistic predictions that are involving the price of BTC these days. The latest one comes from investment veteran Tom Lee. Check it out below.

New 2022 BTC bullish prediction is out

As the ionline publication the Daily Hodl notes, the Fundstrat Global Advisors’ managing partner Tom Lee is disappointed with the end-year performance of Bitcoin (BTC) in 2021.

This does not mean that he doesn’t believe that BTC could soar to new heights in 2022.

He recently said that BTC could still reach new ATHs during the next year.

“I think Bitcoin… You know, I’m disappointed it didn’t exit 2021 higher…I think it’s still got a chance to rally because the S&P is rallying, so Bitcoin should move contemporaneously with that. 2022 should be a good year.”

He continued and said the following:

“Because the things that disrupted Bitcoin in 2021, such as China essentially banning mining, trying to essentially ban Bitcoin, would have been considered a crypto winter-type event, and it didn’t kill Bitcoin. So, unless the US government bans Bitcoin next year, Bitcoin has already had some of the negative catalysts already play out… so I think Bitcoin could do really, really well.”

Regarding a new BTC prediction, Lee states that the price of BTC could explode up to four times from current levels by the end of next year.

“Maybe Bitcoin is in that $200,000 range [next year].”

A few days ago, we were revealing that more bullish BTC predicitons are out there. Tone Vays is predicting a strong Bitcoin (BTC) breakout.

In a new strategy session, he said that Bitcoin has been bullish ever since BTC recovered from the pandemic-induced crash dating back in March 2020.
