Institutional Bitcoin Bull MicroStrategy announced that it will issue $500 million in bonds to purchase more Bitcoin (BTC).
MicroStrategy founder Michael Saylor announced the news from the X account.
“ MicroStrategy announced today that it plans to offer up to $500 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due, subject to market conditions and other factors.
“MicroStrategy intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to obtain additional Bitcoin and for general corporate purposes.”
