$INJ holds its breakout as long as daily closes stay above $8.90, where a rising trendline from the early June high now sits. Price trades near $9.21, up 7.92% today, after pushing through the same line that capped the late-September peak near $8.65.

The trend structure supports the move. The 20, 50, 100 and 200-day EMAs at $7.71, $6.96, $6.22 and $5.76 are all rising and stacked in order beneath price, and MACD has crossed back above its signal line with the histogram at 0.08. The weak spot is that price has run well ahead of its averages, sitting about 19% above the 20-day EMA, while MACD is still far below its September peak even though price has set a new high.

Injective’s CEO (@ericinjective) met officials from the White House, SEC and CFTC in Washington on Wednesday, according to a post from the project’s official account.
The general counsel, head of policy and head of research joined him. The post did not say what was discussed or agreed.
Injective used the announcement to present itself as a US-focused tokenization platform and pointed to four milestones as support:
SEC transfer agent: Its Injective Institutional Services unit registered with the SEC in August, which lets tokenized securities on the network carry official ownership records.
CFTC futures: $INJ is one of a small group of crypto assets with CFTC-regulated futures listed in the US.
DeFi lending: Injective filed a comment letter asking the SEC to treat DeFi lending as something other than a securities transaction.
Builder exemption: Injective proposed a time-based exemption for DeFi builders to the SEC’s Crypto Task Force in 2025, and the SEC issued its Innovation Exemption last month. Injective says it is now working to extend that relief.
The milestones are Injective’s own description of its work, not independent confirmation.

Injective says it earns more revenue relative to its valuation than any other major blockchain, based on an Artemis chart it published.
The measure divides a network’s revenue by its fully diluted valuation (FDV), which is what the network would be worth if every token that will ever exist were trading at today’s price.
A higher score means the network brings in more money for the value the market assigns it, and Injective argues this shows its valuation is backed by real usage.
On the chart, which tracks a seven-day average for 2026 so far, $INJ scores 0.95, ahead of Solana at 0.83 and Arbitrum at 0.78.

Moreover, Injective says that revenue feeds its $INJ Community BuyBack, which removes $INJ from supply every month, and that it expects revenue to grow as new tokenization products launch in the coming months.
Injective Price Prediction: Bullish and Bearish Scenarios for Next Week
Bullish Case, Target: $10
$INJ holds above $8.90, posts a daily close above the trendline and clears today’s high near $9.31 and then $9.50. That would open the round $10 level, with MACD back above its signal line supporting the move. The IIP-709 vote result and any detail from the Washington meetings are the headlines that could feed it.
Bearish Case, Risk Level: $7.71 (20-Day EMA)
$INJ falls back below $8.90, returns inside its rising range and loses the late-September high near $8.65. That would put the 20-day EMA at $7.71 in play, about 16% below today’s price, with the 50-day EMA at $6.96 and the lower trendline near $6.40 beneath it.
Injective Price Prediction FAQs
What is the Injective price prediction for next week?
$INJ could extend toward $9.50 and then $10 if it holds above $8.90. Losing that level risks a pullback toward the 20-day EMA at $7.71.
Why is Injective up this week?
CoinGecko attributes the 32.3% weekly gain to the CEO’s meetings with White House, SEC and CFTC officials, a staker vote on fixed gas fees under IIP-709, and Injective’s lead in revenue to FDV. These are CoinGecko’s explanations rather than confirmed causes.
Is the Injective breakout confirmed?
The breakout is not confirmed until $INJ posts a daily close above the trendline near $8.90. The chart used here was captured at 05:29 UTC on October 16, when the day’s candle was still open with $INJ near $9.21.
Does Injective lead other blockchains in revenue to FDV?
According to an Artemis-based chart published by Injective, $INJ scores 0.95, ahead of Solana at 0.83 and Arbitrum at 0.78. The metric compares revenue with valuation rather than total revenue, and the chart comes from Injective itself.
