Cardano bull Dan Gambardello believes Cardano ($ADA) is preparing for more major price moves higher as the coin continues to recover massively from its June low.

“The Cardano escape is loading…” Gambardello wrote on X, reviving a September 21 post in which he warned traders against writing off $ADA.

At the time, Gambardello shared a chart showing $ADA trading near $0.24 and suggested the coin could quickly reach $0.40 if it broke out. His latest comment comes as Cardano has strengthened considerably, with $ADA now trading at around $0.2711.

$ADA Gains Nearly 96% From June Low

According to CoinMarketCap data, $ADA is currently trading at $0.2711, up about 11% over the past 24 hours and 27% over the last month. The move has also narrowed Cardano’s year-to-date decline to around 18.5%.

More importantly, $ADA has recovered sharply from its June low of $0.1387, its lowest price in six years. At the current $0.2711 price, $ADA is up approximately 95.4% from that June low.

The recovery has also pushed $ADA to a five-month high, putting the token in a much different position from where it stood during the June sell-off. Gambardello’s latest post suggests that he sees the current recovery as more than just a bounce.

Gambardello Watches for a Cardano Breakout

The chart Gambardello shared in September showed $ADA forming an ascending structure, with a yellow trendline connecting a series of higher lows. At the time, $ADA was trading around $0.241 and sitting near short-term support.

Several moving averages on the chart were also beginning to curl upward, although a longer-term moving average remained above the price and was still trending lower.

Gambardello’s key point was that Cardano needed to escape the structure for the larger move toward $0.40 to become possible.

His “Cardano escape” comment now comes after $ADA has already moved above the $0.24 area highlighted in his earlier analysis.

A move to $0.40 from the current $0.2711 price would require $ADA to gain another roughly 47.5%. That would also place $ADA well above its current five-month high and give the token another major level to challenge.

What Other Analysts Think

Gambardello’s bullish view comes as another analyst, Crypto Patel, also highlighted signs of Cardano recovery. Patel said $ADA is entering an accumulation phase after holding a key weekly support level and moving back above $0.235.

He highlighted three key signs: $ADA held a long-term support zone, stayed above the golden pocket, and reclaimed $0.235.

$ADA has since moved further above that level. Patel sees $1 to $1.20 as a major resistance zone if the recovery continues. His longer-term targets include $3 and $5, with a possible move toward $10 shown on his chart.

Meanwhile, Patel also said $0.137 is an important level for his bullish outlook. A weekly close below that price would invalidate his analysis.

With $ADA currently at $0.2711, the token has recovered nearly 96% from its June low and is challenging new resistance. The key question now is whether $ADA can continue rising and make the breakout Gambardello expects.
