$XRP price has jumped to around $1.39, up 6.6% over the past 24 hours. While the gain looks positive, $XRP remains far below its previous highs. Meanwhile, crypto analyst Ali Martinez has spotted a bullish inverse head-and-shoulders pattern that could push $XRP toward $2 if key resistance breaks.
“$XRP on the verge of triggering a 35% rally.”
$XRP Forms a Bullish Reversal Pattern, Eyeing 35% Rally
On the daily chart, $XRP appears to be forming an inverse head-and-shoulders pattern. The left shoulder and head are already visible, while the right shoulder is still forming around the $1.33 level.
Martinez said $1.55 is the key resistance, as it acts as the pattern’s neckline. If $XRP breaks above this level, the pattern could be confirmed and trigger a 35% rally toward the $2 target.

On the flip side, $XRP still needs to hold $1.20 to keep the bullish structure intact. A break below this support could weaken the setup and invalidate the pattern.
Golden Cross Adds Another Bullish Signal
The bullish chart setup is also supported by a possible golden cross. $XRP’s 50-day moving average is now about 2% below its 200-day average, marking the closest gap since the token’s last golden cross in August 2024.
A golden cross forms when the 50-day moving average moves above the 200-day average. Traders often view it as a long-term bullish signal.
$XRP’s history, however, shows mixed results. Five of its 10 successful golden crosses were followed by major gains within 90 days. The April 2017 crossover was followed by a 1,009.6% rally, while the February 2021 cross preceded a 135% rise.
Still, the longer-term record is less consistent. None of $XRP’s previous 16 golden crosses lasted for 12 months, with each eventually followed by a death cross.
$XRP Whale Inflows Hit Six-Month High
While the technical setup looks bullish, whale activity on Binance adds another factor for traders to watch. CryptoQuant data shows that the 30-day cumulative $XRP inflow to Binance has reached around 1.6 billion $XRP, its highest level since March 2026.

The figure had fallen steadily from March through July and dropped by 800 million $XRP in August. It has since recovered sharply, reaching around 1.6 billion $XRP in September.
Higher whale inflows do not automatically mean whales are selling. $XRP can also be moved to Binance for trading, liquidity, or portfolio management.
For now, the 1.6 billion $XRP figure points to higher whale activity on the exchange, rather than direct proof of selling.
