Dogecoin has regained bullish momentum on the four-hour chart, but traders now face a crucial test near $0.0941. $DOGE recently climbed from $0.0691 and reached the $0.09 region after a strong recovery. However, the latest consolidation shows that buyers may need fresh momentum before extending the advance.

Price currently sits near $0.0904, while the 20 EMA provides support around $0.0890. Additionally, the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement at $0.0887 continues to reinforce the bullish structure. Consequently, $DOGE could remain constructive if buyers defend this support zone.

$DOGE Bulls Face a Key Resistance Test

The immediate challenge for Dogecoin sits at $0.0941, where the 0.786 Fibonacci retracement creates resistance. A decisive break above this level could strengthen the current recovery and attract additional buying interest. Moreover, $DOGE could then challenge the psychological $0.0950 barrier.

A sustained move beyond $0.0950 would place $0.1000 within reach. This level represents a major psychological target and could trigger stronger momentum if buyers reclaim it. However, repeated rejection near $0.0941 could encourage short-term profit-taking.

The Stochastic RSI remains deeply oversold, suggesting that selling pressure may have weakened. Hence, the indicator leaves room for another rebound if buyers regain control. Still, traders should watch price action rather than rely on the oscillator alone.

$DOGE also retains several important support levels beneath its current price. The $0.0890 to $0.0887 zone represents the first defensive area for bulls. A break below this region could send $DOGE toward $0.0850.

Further weakness could expose the $0.0825 level, where the 50 EMA offers additional support. Below that area, the 100 EMA near $0.0778 becomes the next significant reference. The 200 EMA around $0.0753 could then become important if selling pressure accelerates.

Open Interest Signals Renewed Market Activity

Dogecoin’s derivatives market has also shown signs of renewed participation. Open interest has fallen considerably from previous peaks above $5 billion during the broader period. However, the metric recently recovered to approximately $1.55 billion on August 24.

This rebound suggests traders have started rebuilding positions following months of declining activity. Significantly, rising open interest alongside a rising $DOGE price could reinforce the bullish case.

Nevertheless, higher open interest can also increase liquidation risks. Excessive leverage could produce sharp price swings if $DOGE suddenly reverses. Therefore, traders may need to monitor both price and derivatives activity closely.

Outflows Keep Pressure on the Recovery

Dogecoin’s flow data presents a less optimistic picture. Outflows have generally dominated the broader period, with several red bars exceeding $30 million.

Some outflow spikes have approached $50 million, highlighting persistent selling activity. Besides, inflows have appeared less frequently and usually carried smaller values.

Recent data showed an outflow of approximately $4.37 million on August 24. This reading suggests distribution remains a concern despite $DOGE’s recent price recovery.

Consequently, Dogecoin needs stronger inflows to support a sustained breakout. If inflows increase while outflows decline, market sentiment could improve significantly.

Technical Outlook for Dogecoin Price

Key levels remain clearly defined as $DOGE consolidates around $0.09.

Upside levels: $0.0941 and $0.0950 represent immediate hurdles, while a breakout could push $DOGE toward the major $0.1000 target.

Downside levels: $0.0890–$0.0887 provide initial support, followed by $0.0850 and $0.0825. Deeper selling could expose $0.0778 and $0.0753.

Resistance ceiling: $0.0941 is the critical level to reclaim for stronger bullish momentum. $DOGE remains above its 20 EMA and the 0.618 Fibonacci level, keeping the short-term structure constructive. However, declining flows remain a concern, while recovering open interest points to renewed speculative activity.

Will Dogecoin Go Up?

Dogecoin’s next move depends largely on whether buyers can defend the $0.0887 support zone and challenge $0.0941. A decisive breakout above $0.0950 could strengthen bullish momentum and open the path toward $0.1000. Additionally, rising open interest alongside stronger inflows could provide further confirmation.

However, failure to hold $0.0887 could trigger a deeper correction toward $0.0850 and potentially $0.0825. For now, $DOGE remains at a pivotal level, with the $0.0941 breakout and $0.0887 support likely determining its next major direction.
