CEA Industries and 10X Capital Making Largest $BNB Crypto Treasury
CEA Industries (NASDAQ: VAPE) set up a path to establish the largest publicly listed $BNB treasury strategy. The move, led by 10X Capital and YZi Labs’ support, brings $BNB to the U.S. public markets at an institutional scale, as per a press release on July 28.
The firm will close $500 million in proceeds from private placements, with $400 million in cash and $100 million in crypto, by July 31. Also, raise $750 million in cash from issuing exercised warrants, making the total raise to $1.25 billion to buy $BNB.
Over 140 entities participated in the offering, led by YZi Labs, Pantera Capital, Arche Capital, GSR, Borderless, Arrington Capital. Other investors included Hypersphere Capital, Kenetic, dao5, Protocol Ventures, Reciprocal Ventures, G-20 Group, Three Point Capital, and Propel Horizon.
