Various entities have expressed their opinions on how high the price of Cardano (ADA) could reach in years to come, given its prominence in the crypto scene.
At press time, crypto market participants are trading Cardano at $0.394, a 5.01% increase from the price ADA sold last week. The highest point ADA has traded is $3.10, which was about three years ago, in September 2021.
Despite Cardano now trading at 87% below this peak, entities like the crypto exchange platform Changelly believe Cardano would be worth $100, $300, and even $500 in the coming years.

In an analysis updated this month, Changelly analysts argued that Cardano would take its first shot at $100 by 2040, sixteen years away. Specifically, they proposed a minimum of $117.94 for ADA by March 2040 and a maximum of $134.22 for the month.
For context, Cardano’s price must expand by 252-fold or 25,280% to attain $100. This price point would elevate ADA’s market valuation to $4.5 trillion, compared to the fully diluted cap of $17.75 billion today.
Changelly also noted that Cardano could reach the $300 mark six months after surpassing $100, with a minimum price projection of $313 by September 2040.
Furthermore, the analysts asserted it would take Cardano another decade to attain $500, anticipating the target by September 2050. Notably, this price point would necessitate an astonishing 126,803% growth over 26 years.

OpenAI’s ChatGPT has also commented on the timeline for Cardano to reach these ambitious targets based on annual growth rate scenarios. ChatGPT predicts that Cardano could reach $100 in 11 years with a 50% annual growth rate.
Interestingly, per a recent estimation by The Crypto Basic, ADA may attain $100 in 9.5 years with a monthly 5% growth rate. Meanwhile, ChatGPT calculated that an annual growth rate of 100% would send ADA to $100 by 2032.
For the $300 target, a 50% and 100% annual growth rate could make this a reality by 2039 and 2034, respectively. As for the ambitious $500 target, Cardano could achieve this level with a 50% yearly growth rate in 16.8 years or a 100% growth rate in 10.3 years.
