Top Whale Reallocated 4.23 Trillion Shiba Inu Tokens as SHIB Nears to Eat a Zero.
Anomalous activity among top Whale wallets has just been noticed as SHIB inches closer to deleting a Zero from its price.
Etherscan.io data has revealed that the top Whale has moved 4,231,063,241,898 (4.23 trillion) SHIB tokens, worth $41,295,177 ($41.29 million) to the two separate wallets in the past 24 hours.
The first transaction was initiated about 15 hours ago and involved the transfer of 10,000,000,000 (10 billion) SHIB tokens, equivalent to $97,600, to an unknown wallet.
Moments ago, the Whale reallocated an additional 4,221,063,241,898 (4.22 trillion) SHIB tokens worth $41,197,577 ($41.19 million) to a separate unidentified wallet. This massive transfer has left the sender’s wallet completely devoid of SHIB tokens.
The massive reallocation event comes as Shiba Inu stands on the cusp of eliminating a zero from its price. Shiba Inu has surged 18.8% in the past week, conquering a critical resistance level at $0.00000963 on the daily chart.
Shiba Inu briefly breached the $0.00001000 level on Wednesday but failed to sustain above this level and has since retraced back to test the former resistance at $0.00000963.
As of press time, Shiba Inu is trading at the price of $0.00000976, up 0.1% over the last day with a 24-hour volume of $657,327,914 ($657.32 million).
As reported earlier by The Crypto Basic, Shiba Inu has flipped Litecoin (LTC) and Dai (DAI) to become the 16th biggest cryptocurrency by market capitalization. The market cap of SHIB currently stands at $5,732,486,897 ($5.73 billion).
Another exciting development is the adoption rate of Shibarium, the L2 blockchain of the Shiba Inu ecosystem, which is steadily increasing. The latest data from Shibariumscan Explorer reveals that the network has handled 7.51 million transactions in the past 24 hours, bringing the total transaction count to 51,059,779 (51.05 million).
With this increase in the Shibarium adoption rate, the Shiba Inu team is moving closer to organizing another SHIB burn powered by Shibarium. In the first-ever burn, the team removed 8,241,856,589 (8.24 billion) SHIB tokens worth $75,412 in a single transaction.
