TRON Super Community Scam: 650 Million TRX Lands on Binance, Huobi, Bitfinex

Researchers are working hand in hand with exchanges to see that scammers do not go away with the funds they hijacked from unsuspecting investors.

Today, it has been gathered that scammers who dubbed some TRON community members huge amount has moved around 650 Million TRX to different exchanges.

A revelation by PeckShield’s digital assets escort system revealed that scammers involved in the TRON Super Community issue are now engaging in nonstop fund movement since yesterday.

As gathered by the anti-scam firm, the scammers moved 651,583,193 TRX ($18,534,816) to different exchanges on July 10.

The fund were shared among different exchanges including Binance, Huobi and Bitfinex. 119,157,864 TRX were moved to Huobi, 525,937,816 TRX landed on Binance, while a tiny portion of the fund landed on Bitfinex.

Earlier, Peckshield revealed that 675 million TRX from the scam have been seized by Huobi as multiple fund movement continue to occur. The scammers are using multiple addresses to move the fund.

At the time of writing, there are billions of funds stored by the alleged scammers on different addresses.

TRON Community Scam: What You Need to Know

There have been series of scams in the cryptocurrency space. The TRON Super community scam has resulted in TRON (TRX) holders losing million of dollars.

The scammers used TRON’s Chinese name (Wave Field) to perpetrate the evil. The alleged Ponzi scam, were first said to have relationship with TRON Foundation.

Due to this, those who lost their funds to the Ponzi scheme protested in front of Raybo China, the office of a research center related to TRON.

However, TRON denied having relationship with the Wave Field Community scam. While TRON was worried about the scam, the foundation stated that it was not happy with the “acts of violence” steaming from the event.

Around $30 million were said to be lost to the Ponzi scheme by unsuspecting Chinese investors who mistook the Ponzi scheme for TRON’s initiative.

Now, no one can state the where about of the scammers, but no doubt they are already on the run.
