VisionSys AI, a Nasdaq-listed technology company focused on brain–machine interaction and advanced AI, has announced an exclusive partnership with Marinade Finance, a provider of advanced staking solutions for Solana, to establish a Solana-based treasury program valued at up to $2 billion.
The initiative will be carried out through VisionSys’s subsidiary Medintel Technology. It is designed to strengthen the company’s balance sheet, improve liquidity, and build long-term shareholder value through the acquisition and staking of Solana (SOL). In the first phase, VisionSys plans to allocate $500 million in SOL within the next six months.
