Sharps Technology (NASDAQ: STSS) — innovative medical device and pharmaceutical packaging company, and Pudgy Penguins — a Web3 brand making collectibles and content, have announced a partnership focused on the Solana digital asset treasury market.
Sharps Technology, which operates a publicly listed Solana treasury, said the agreement will support broader visibility and connectivity in the space. For Sharps Technology, the partnership follows the company’s recent acquisition of more than two million SOL, valued at over $400 million, through a private investment in public equity led by Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.
The partners plan to give investors new ways to engage with the Pudgy Penguins brand through digital assets.
