Total Crypto Market Cap is at $2.5tn, Altcoins at $1.3tn

Looking at the crypto markets, it looks like a real bull season, which is confirmed not only by the prices of cryptocurrencies but also by market capitalization.

The total cryptocurrency market cap is already almost the same as in May of this year — the most successful month for cryptocurrencies so far.

At the time of writing, the value is at around $2.5tn with a 24h trading volume of $91b.

But let's also look at the market capitalization of altcoins (that is, excluding Bitcoin), whose capitalization accounts for about 52% of the total market.

At the time of writing, Altcoins' capitalization is at $1.3b with a 24h trading volume of $58b.

When we look at the market share of cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin dominates the market with a 46% share (as of the time of writing), followed by Ethereum with 18% and Binance Coin with 3% in the third place.
